Hello, I recently purchased HB, I got the activation key in my mail. The problem is that HB just doesnt work. I have done all the steps described in the guide for the installation. But when I start HB I just get a grey box. It doesnt ask for the activation key or anything. I cant dont anything either... And when I use the launcher it gives me a 0x0000**** etc error code... What can I do to fix this? download and install this. http://download.microsoft.com/downl...-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU3/vcredist_x86.exe after your done restart your pc.
