Will you continue to bot after the announcement?

NOPE! Blizzard is a multimillion dollar company with marketing analyst and a team of nerds that sit around and crunch numbers. For you guys to think they will not ban us because of our sheer numbers is idiotic. Most of us have already purchased WOD so they got our money already. Most of us will re-sub and repurchase WOW if we get banned. Must of us will Repurchase WOD. If this warden update truly is targeted towards honorbuddy there will be no immediate ban-wave. They will wait in silence collect there list and hammer everyone at once all while lowering battle chest prices to 19.99$ coincidence i think not. Make there millions right before WOD launch and laugh in our faces as we all crawl back.

Continue botting after risky Warden update is stupid imo, so no botting before HB updates.

 

Did they increase the Battlechest price?

 

That's just ridiculous , no matter how big a company is, if they are losing millions they are not gonna take it lightly , this whole thing about people crawling back is also quite silly, yes they`re people who will indeed crawl back but a larger % will just say fuck it I had enough im not going to sub without hb by my side and just fully quit altogether, people who prepurchased wod are silly paying for a game that hasn't even been created yet because they get some boost to 90 .They are the suckers underneath blizzards thumb, Banwaves have always been there to deter people from cheating on their account , blizz have always played santa like that, as for nerds crunching numbers , They will obviously see the drop of subscriptions from botters , people are not gonna hand level lots of chars and do all the achievements again they will just steer away, the only reoccurring subs I can see are from the people who monetize the whole thing and even with them if warden is indeed targeting hb they will just find a more lucrative solution.... although that being said I really hope hb can find a way around this

Why would a larger % just stop? They should have already lost millions in that PQR banwave, but stocks didn't really dip (at least not too noticeable) or anything (although probably moot since WoW is just a small contributor to the total price of the stock) meaning a good percentage actually repurchased WoW. On the contrary, what's ridiculous is that you actually believe that Blizzard isn't going to stop botters simply because they actually subscribe.

 

Running Dungeonbot as we speak to Valor cap... This game is at a point where the only reason I play it is because I can bot it. I mainly run DB to valor cap and CRs and that's it.. I don't know my rotation, I don't care to, and if they ban me then oh well.. Back to EVE. I make my gold valor capping each week, just enough to pay for repairs in my raid.

So keep an eye out in Ban reports... If you see me there then thank me for jumping in front of the bullet.

i am done with the current content, a banwave doesnt gimme any sleepless nights as long as i havent spent some time gearing my level 100 char in WoD
but losing all the gold on my main account, thats something i dont want to happen

on the other side: i havent got any ban in the past, so far i the account is a clean one. as far as i understood from previous conversations, most likely i will NOT get a perm ban even when they get me.
so what... why stop botting

 

You really think over a million people bot with 130k accounts made on the forum?

 

Most people who bot, bot multiple accounts like 5 or more accounts at once 5 * lets say 50k just to give a bottomed out rough estimate is 250k. 250k * 15 bucks a month = $3,750,000 dollar per month + $60 for each full 90 account $15,000,000 That's ALOT of dough.

 

HB isnt the only game out there... and there are free ones like PQR which have hundreds of thousands as well.. Last ban wave wiped out about 275k

In my LFR right now I can see 3 other people running Dungeon Buddy because they are pathing just like me and going after the same silly targets instead of the boss

 

ive decided to keep using HB. tyrael, and no more than 2 hours of farming per day. no more than 30 auctions per day.

if i get banned, its because i didnt wait the 30 days as the announcement said, and blizz pulled some kind of trick to detect HB within that 30 days.

just hope i dont get banned. only have 1 account...

 

No one pays $60 for a full account except for people who play legit.

 

Perhaps the Warden update had something to do with the release of the new Hearthstone expansion (Curse of Naxxramas)? They practically released at the same time, maybe they're looking for bots in Hearthstone? Or is it confirmed not to be so?

 

If the account gets permabanned, what is the quickest/ cheapest route to get back up and running again?

 

Warden only affected WOW as per Tony.

 

I will continue to use Tyrael for raids. As long as HB team says its not detected that is good enough for me.

 

I'm going to continue botting but after the month (if the team says something is up) I might buy a battlechest and such and switch some toons over for WoD to play manually.... We shall see how it goes.
