As we know nothing about what the new warden will be looking for I'd suggest all botting activities will carry the same risk, whatever process/bot base/cr you use it will all carry the same risk. this is only my personal opinion and merely speculation but then all and any advice you receive here will only be speculation, as no one has a clue about anything yet!! if you are unsure then do as the devs suggest and wait it out 30 days!

Nobody can say the risks involved in botting at the moment!, if u want to know what EXTRA risk our favourite combat routine and bot base adds to the detection profile of HB then the answer to that is 0 its as safe now as it was before the latest tripwire event, BUT THAT SAID the new warden system maybe able to detect/track Honorbuddy atm and no-one knows the extent of the new routines Blizard have activated. so hang tight keep an eye on the forums for official updates (and only official updates, unless its from The Honorbuddy Team themselves, then its just speculation and guesswork) and decide yourself.

Okay so what we know is that Warden scans for processes in the computer's memory right?

A good example of this is to open up "Cheat Engine" before launching WoW or SC2.
It will inform you that it is running and against TOA.
After which it will force you to exit the program.

If Warden truly was updated to search for and destroy HB users, the moment you open the program you would be flagged for a ban.

It may have been updated to search for processes attached to WoW rather than just those in the memory. This means the moment it starts and attaches you get flagged.

The moment they decide to drop the ban hammer they will do a rolling ban on all accounts flagged for using HB on WoW.
