Hey Pushedx, it's been a while since I last played. I have checked out all the work you've put in the bot and I am excited for this upcoming expansion! Everything looks amazing with better logic and coding. I am impressed to say the least! I do have some questions to run your way.

      Questions:
      1) Has code been written to make the bot finish quests/complete acts? If yes, explain how it works because it gets stuck on basic things like breaking eggs. If no, then is that in the works as well?
      2) I know that map logic is in the works, is piety/boss farm logic in the works as well?
      3) Is there a way to make it collect batches of items to sell to vendor (I.E. the Unid'ed ilvl 60+ items of each slot = 2 chaos)

      Problems:
      1) Also a problem I saw running the bot is that after setting the skill (let's say double strike) to melee range/aoe melee range and it eventually runs out of mana. it just sits there waiting for it to gain mana. Is there a way to use just default attack if it registers not having mana?
      2) My bot (using ek/arc/other ranged skills) continues to get stuck on proximity shield mobs. Should I just be making melee bots?

I also just wanted to say, thanks for your hard work. It's always refreshing to come back to the game and see so much progress made with the bot.

Most of these are about getting stuck. No bot on the market is "stuck proof", it's just the way path of exile is.
No bots have boss/or quest 100% done, it takes time.
and the waiting for mana.. on your skill bar.. add the default attack. If you read, the bot uses only the skills on the skill bar.
      Hope that helps somewhat.

Your message does not help at all... most of my post is about what is in the works and what is to come.

The beta is in beta because he needs feedback. I am reporting a problem. Your "answer" is "no bots are 100% stuck proof, just deal with it." Your solution is counter productive. As for default attack, thanks for giving me an answer for the released version... it does not apply here.

Not yet. There is API support for getting quest state from the client, so everything devs need to code that should be there. I'd like to get some simple quest stuff worked in before the 1.2 update, but there just might not be enough time with all the stuff to do. The big issue is that we always had just a Grind Bot. Working in Quest logic changes the nature of the bot, as a bot that plays through the game and is more "auto-pilot" based is a bit different in design than the Grind Bot is currently setup.

Yes, boss farming support is the other thing besides map that is planned to get logic added. There is nothing standing in the way of making this happen, just the time it takes to setup new logic for it. Act 1 is planned, and eventually Act 2+ bosses would be supported as well. However, with the announcement of the boss fight changes for 1.2, I'm not sure how the new mechanics, which are unknown, will affect this.

A "chaos recipe" plugin/bot is possible for Beta and the API supports everything that is needed to do it. However, as with the other stuff, there has not been time to do this yet. I foresee this being something added in the future, but not in the meantime.

You have to assign Default Attack to the skill bar, and make sure it's selected as a skill in the ExilebuddyRoutine settings. The bot should use it then. The casting API doesn't support using a skill that would otherwise trigger Default Attack, because it wasn't designed that way. Fixing that would be nice in the future, but for now, you have to actually use the Default Attack skill.

Beta doesn't have any logic for handling that yet, so that's probably why. I'll look into adding some case specific handling in the ranged code for the routine soon.

      Thanks in advance.

EB only supports GGG's Path of Exile and the Steam version. The Garena version is not supported.

If you are using the main version or Steam already, it looks like your client is modified, which the bot does not support.

Please make sure you run the client to update to update to the latest version of PoE before running the bot. I just redownloaded both Beta/Release and tried on main/Steam, and there were no issues.

Thanks. This must be the reason. I am using Garena version. :(

Are you also developing Garena version? Hopefully it will come out soon.

There are no current plans for Garena support. If this ever changes in the future, we'll let users know. :)

      My Answers:

1)My plan is to start working at least 15-20 hours a week on this issue beginning August 8th. My goal is to have a complete farm bot from act 1 to act 3 by the August 20th start date. This will be done in steps, starting with a level 1 to level 10 run as the first release. I have not decided if I will delay the project by adding in an equipment manager, or if I will just get the questing in first, and force you to equip the character.
      2) Boss Farming is already supported, but not completed. I will contribute greatly to this project as the quest bot will rely on killing bosses.
3)I already have a chaos/map recipe bot ready but its for personal use only at the moment, as it has no configuration options. Once I can tackle setting up a settings gui, I will release it for everyone to enjoy.
