Hello, I have a problem with my HB it loads up fine but when i choose quest and try to load a profile it doesn't do anything. I think i attached my log properly, Thanks

remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1 - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard from here run it as administrator. after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart

Hi, Thanks for your response, Sorry i haven't been able to get to the computer lately. I did everything you have said and sadly it still isn't working, Also i am not able to do windows updates could that be the problem?

And install all updates for .net & c++ Then do one last restart. we didnt just say look at updates, look at programs and features. those programs need to be removed, and you need to follow the instructions.
