      do you have an antivirus enabled?

      I also got this error when I first ran Hearthbuddy. I fixed it by installing this (you already did this) after that I moved Hearthbuddy to C:\Hearthbuddy. I'm not sure if moving Hearthbuddy to another folder will fix it but I guess it's worth a try.

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      tried still not working. But didn't remove microsoft .net framework stuff because I can't find it. In the cmd prompt it said it was already found so I'm guessing it's that but I can't find it.
