Been botting successfully for quite a long time, today I finally got hit. I was surprised that I got hit with a 72 hour without having to first put in an appeal. I'm glad don't get me wrong, but usually the reports on here discuss having to appeal to get it. I'm guessing this is a shot across the bow for me from blizzard. One I will heed.

I was also surprised by something else. Back in the day I use to multi-box 5 shamans and 5 warlocks. Well anyways, I have multiple accounts tied to my battle.net email address all under one roof. My main account received the 72 hour suspension, but I can log onto my other account, which has one of my other toons on it.

      Greetings X,

      Battle.net Account: Y

      Action: 72 Hour Suspension
      Violation: Unapproved Third Party Software

Blizzard will take action against any players using third party programs, which operate outside the World of Warcraft software, to gain an advantage in the game. This software may include increasing movement or teleportation hacks, automating gameplay, or other changes that subvert the mechanics or design of the game. This can also include programs that obtain information not normally available to the regular player, or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications or addons, except those UIs that require an external application to function.
This is a warning against the above behavior, which Blizzard deems unacceptable for World of Warcraft. This is covered in the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct and Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use).

In addition to this warning, your game license has been issued a suspension as detailed above. Your game license will not be available for play during this time.

As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. Further violations will result in harsher suspensions or permanent closure.

Interesting, have you been involved in other botting task on the account in the last months, beside LFR?

And howmany hours were you botting LFR daily? 6 hours per the week, or 6 hours every day.
