I managed to get a refund ~4 days after the initial request (this was a couple months ago). Gotta PM him like crazy on here and send emails. It's a shame... I really had hope in the pro version, and the beta seemed to be coming along. If push comes to shove, you could always contact PayPal.
I've been using Salesman Lite for a few months now and I've noticed lately it's coming up with crazy prices like a 20 stack of Fool's Cap for 780g, it would only do it every now any then and now it won't undercut any auctions and is just making up prices that I don't have set in the options. I just want the bot to undercut prices no matter what, I don't want a fallback or even a minimum price. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Really, nothing after a week? Inrego's last activity was "Yesterday 06:17" so I think this is now unsupported, due to the fact he is just ignoring it at this point.
I am also having problems with the bot not posting items but saying it is. Seaching for White Trillium Ore Showing results 0-50, there is 20 results Search has completed for White Trillium Ore I don't have enough White Trillium Ore to post 20 stacks of 1 (total: 20, I only have 2). I am posting 2 stacks instead. I have tried putting the items in using names and ID different times with no result. Also could I get a PM about the pro version please?
Found some Bugs. My toon is to far away from the auctioneer,he dont speak with him. Ghost iron ore dont add to the "sell" list.
Its so sad that the bot is no longer functioning properly =/ This one thing is worth like a small subscription each month for what it does!
I agree.. however, watching the dev ignore customers is a huge no no. Even on the forums for the full version (on his site) it took me two months to get a response to a problem I was having, and the response came from a fellow community member bumping the thread to try and get a solution.
i have buyed the full version of this bot...but the bot doesnt work...after 5 month of using it....i need a refund then Inrego give me my money back or fix the problems pls.
I believe the refund period is a mere 7 days after you buy it. At least that's the window I had when I bought it twice and got a refund twice.

You used the product for 5 months and now you want a refund?! You kidding me? 5 months of using this perfectly earned you 100 times the money it costed you. Probably it got broken now after no support for it but i dont think anywhere in the ToS when u bought the software he said that it will have a lifetime support.
Well the fact is the support for this bot base is 0. The updated version( Salesman2) doesn't even work. So yeah, says enough. It's sad since it was such a good concept. And if i only knew how the API of HB worked i would write things myself since i know how to write C# :/. Anyway atm i can't even get Salesman started, Initializing... The current user does not have the COD module. Might be because i tried to start with HBrelog though. EDIT: Nope not HBRelog, still doesn't work. It worked fine last night tough...
I used to get the "No COD Module" error all the time back when I was using the bot, but if I recall correctly, it still worked once it loaded up. Like you said, 0 support... sucks that it was once such a good bot with so much promise, yet now it's dropped like a sack of potatoes. Truly a shame.
I can agree on both lines - profile was fine, support almost not there ... Look at Echo Tiger, he answers like hes getting payed for his profiles ...
