This started out of the blue when i tried to level a druid, at first he got stuck at downloading mesh but i turned off my firewall and got it working, but then when i tried to move the game over to my other monitor like i always do when i use the bot, it stops working. I've tried with different profiles, botbases and combatroutines and this happens every time, i've done three freshinstalls and it still doesnt work. [20:30:49.048 D] System.Exception: Process must have frozen or gotten out of syn - Pastebin.com This pastebin contains what's stopping the bot.
game must be in windowed mode also next time attach your log file How To: Attach your HB-DB log file [with pictures]
Tried that already, didnt work. I've tried everything i could find on the forums when it comes to getting the bot to work again, nothing works. I checked the list of programs not compatible with honorbuddy and im not running any of those either so this pretty much has to be on your end.
its running on your system. its on your end. are you 100% sure the game is running in windowed mode? if its running in windowed mode there should be no reason to alt-tab out. on top of that if your trying to run another game or directx application in fullscreen while the bot and wow are running, it will stop wow from rendering and cause the bot to stop.
The game is always in fullscreen window or regular windowed mode, the error only happens if i try to press anything in either wow or honorbuddy after pressing start. Im not alt-tabbing im simply moving the window from monitor 1 to monitor 2 thats when i first noticed this happening, it was also running yesterday and i have since then not installed or changed anything on my system in any way. I also dont have anything except skype and vlc running in the background, ive tried with both of these off too and this still happens.
if you drag the wow window almost halfway do you see the image rendered on both of the monitors at once?
what could be happening is when your dragging it across the monitors, your video card is destroying the renderer, then bringing it back up on the other display. this would cause the hook for honorbuddy to fail, and cause what your seeing.
I guess that could be what caused it the first time, but this still happens if i start wow and move the window then start Honorbuddy. I just dont know how it can work flawlessly yesterday and today Honorbuddy just freezes if i do anything in wow or Honorbuddy after pressing start, and this is without me having changed or installed anything since then. Edit:Im going to bed now but i'll work more on this when i wake up again and keep this thread updated if i make any progress, because i found someone on the forum getting the same error so i might not be the only one.
the only thing i can recommend is updating your video card drivers and if you havent completely restart your pc.
