FPS problems 64 bit 32 bit

The thing is to run honor buddy you need 32 bit
And i get about 10-18 fps.
When i run wow in 64 bit i am getting around 60-70 fps.

Any idea why its running so low on fps on 32 bit?

Also i shut down all my addons! to see if it was not a problem with that!
and That was no difference

I already have that. I am rlly running out of idea's atm

try doing a clean install into a new folder and see if you still have low framerates with a stock client with no additives. if its fine with singular, then its something your adding in thats causing it.
