i start honorbuddy it connects to wow just fine but when i go to load profile from buddy store it is blank grey i made sure to enable streaming from the store what am i missing thanks
I have a fresh install and also made sure to restart computer wow is running in 32 bit mode as always. I have all the proper items "purchased " in buddy store also on a side note i cannot reply to any one elses posts is that an error on my end or yalls? it says i may need activation ?

#1. bump your own thread. if you have more to add and your the last post. then click "edit post" and add more information. #2. dont paste your log into the window. if you have a log to add then add it as an attachment. change wow to dx9 mode, you can do this from your wow graphic options.
how is running it in dx9 affecting anything ? thats not the issue changed it and it did nothing i prefer dx11 and it was working fine before fresh install or update Not trying to be problematic but if it was that simple i would have done that myself before i have tested them both and dx11 seemed to run smoother for me here is a picture with it stuck not loading any profiles from the buddy store to help identify the problem
change wow to direct x 9 mode, if its not working then post a log, from the log you posted this is what needs to happen.

are you sure the buddyauth account that the key your using is associated to, has a profile or profile pack bought from the buddystore? go to store.buddyauth.com and click on my Purchases. make sure the profile or profile pack is listed and streaming is enabled (green)
then they should be getting streamed in. Download the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
ok ill do that for the fourth time total new install still same all grey screen not showing any profiles in browser Even restarted machine after uninstall and before new install still no luck
