Send them an appeal letter in the form of a .txt file as they suggest just write some sappy story about you didnt think you were cheating (dont admit to it) and apologize for any confusion that you may have caused. Also ask for a full refund of Warlords of Draenor if they find that they cannot re instate your account. I bet they move it to a 72 hr suspension and reply with a if you do it again you will be permabanned letter
