Retail has stopped working

Started doing this the other day.. right on start when i press start button.. wow goes white screen and says wow retail has stopped working.. have uninstalled and reinstalled honorbuddy completely.. made sure its in 32bit not 64.. have been using honorbuddy for well over a year i believe this is the first time this has happened

try changing wow to dx9 mode you can do this in your wow graphic options.

 

tried it in dx9 mode as well and froze just the same..

 

completely give your machine a restart please.
