I have found an issue with the Temple of the Jade Serpent. At the adds in the beginning that drop that blue pool called Sha Residue they sometimes just stand in there and die. Any way you could fix this?
I re-installed HB yesterday. Just tried to run LFR on my priest and it appeared to join, heal briefly.. then leave. It had only been occurring on my rogue prior. I'm going to attempt to re-queue on a fresh load and see what it says. I had been doing dailies prior.. not that it should have any influence over it working. I'll post the log after my next attempt.
This was on a fresh boot, no plugins on. It appears that it ran through at least one instance on it's own. Well, it killed one boss in the Underhold but that was it. Here's the attached log. About 2.5 hours worth of data. I came back to see that it was sitting with a debuff, it must've cycled twice because my last combat was about an hour ago at this point. Hi, Morx, No clue about what you are seeing. Please toss the full log, if you haven't figured it out. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
Hi, Giovanni3737, We'll need to see the full log, then next time you encounter the problem. cheers, chinajade
Hi, Hell-Razor, This is HB-826 ("Allow queuing for Dungeons with main spec / off spec, then switch based on assigned role"). After much discussion, here is the final note regarding the issue: "...decided to pass on this because of complications and in my eyes not worth the trouble. One spec would almost always win the queues thus other spec would receive little to no loot. It would be better to stay in the spec that gets the queues fastest on average and then use a plugin that automatically sets Loot Specialization based on gearing needs from current boss." We will not be pursuing the idea. cheers, chinajade
Hi, Giovanni3737, We've opened HB-1117 ("A number of users are reporting DungeonBuddy not accepting queues and ready checks") against this issue. However, you should know we've been unable to replicate the problem on .747. We've been unable to replicate the problem on .747, and no logs have been provided. So, most likely the report will be closed with "unable to reproduce". cheers, chinajade [size=-2]Ref: Giovanni3737's original post w/log[/size]
Hi, Morx, This is HB-1015 ("Entering and leaving raids quickly, causing Deserter buff") and was repaired in the .746 drop. If you need further assistance, we will need to see the full log attached that captures the issue. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
Hi, Kuku, DungeonBuddy has never had the capability you are describing. We recently opened a feature request to have the issue considered. The request was declined. You can find more information about it here. cheers, chinajade
Hi, Morx, This log shows you executing the dungeon just fine as a Siege of Orgrimmar healer: [05:11:43.253 N] [DungeonBuddy]: Role: Healer ... Please attach the full log that illustrates the issue, the next time this happens to you. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log We will be unable to assit you with a problem without the full log. cheer, chinajade [size=-2]Ref: Morx' original post w/log[/size]
Hi, Twisty, DungeonBuddy does not make gear selection choices. That is done by the Honorbuddy core. And indeed, sometimes 'lighter gear' does have much better stats on it—worth breaking the 'like gear' armor bonus. If you disagree with some of its decisions, you will need to make a new thread in the Support forum with your full log AND AutoEquip log. Please describe the decision you expected it to make, and the decision the AutoEquip logic made, instead. cheers, chinajade
Hi, Angelus, From the logs, it appears to be two different failure modes for the 'stuck' issues involved. Are all the toons getting stuck the same way? We've opened bug report HB-1115 ("Stuck after killing Rattlegore") against this issue. If you could show us a screenshot of how it happns, I can attach it to the bug report, and it may be very helpful in chasing the issue. I've never encountered any stuck issues in running Scholomance. cheers, chinajade [size=-2]Ref: Angelus' problem report w/log[/size]
Hi, Kennyr, The next time this happens to you, please attach the full log that illustrats the problem. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
Hi, Andur, We will need your full log of the problem before we can chase it. Please provide the full log the next time the problem happens for you. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
Hi, Abyssion, No, Dungeonbuddy does not use the Guildbank. It would be possible to write a plugin to do this. One may already exist. As far as lowering clear time... Make certain your toons have appropriate level food & water to speed recovery when needed Turn off all loot except for boss loot cheers, chinajade
Hi, Abyssion, This sounds like a problem with your Combat Routine. If you need further assistance, we will need to see a full log that captures the issue. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
Hi, Jhartman1991, and welcome aboard, We are unable to assist with problems like this, without a full log that captures the problem attached. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
