error msvcp110.dll missing

hello.

when i try to install honorbuddy , im getting the error that a Dll file is missing on my computer. and that i have to reinstall the program.
the missing Dll file is ( MSVCP110.dll ) . I went to google and downloaded the missing dll file and watch a youtube movie where to place it.

Mycomputer/windows/system32......
then i noticed the file is already there i still deleted the old file put the new file in it and i still get the same error.
i tried to use the installer and the zip file . both are not working.
i tried to put it on different locations on my computer and that didnt help either.
what to do ?

p.s. i would post a log but it doesnt create one , because the actual program didnt log anything yet
