ok, well the key is fine, but it hasn't been used yet.

make sure you can get to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and make sure port 5031 is open on your home router and software firewall solution if you have one.

The launcher keeps crashing as soon as I launch, I have no idea how to fix it - tried fresh installs etc.

      dont use the launcher.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy.exe

I'm 100% sure there are no spaces, I've typed it in manually - still getting this error.

dont type it in manually, copy and paste it. re-typing it gives you too many chances to mess up.

Tried it so many times and still failing.

Edit 1: Done the steps over and over with no change in the error.
Edit 2: Tested on another PC, worked fine, so it's an issue with my system.
