1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? GB2

2)Which version (and Beta or Release)?: Release

3)If so, when was the last time?: Just now

4)What profile were you using?: None

5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: All Paladins/Shamans Default

6)What plugins are you using?: Rndbuddy / ARelog

7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 6-9 most days, some days off.

8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 95%

9)How many auctions per day did you have?: 100-300, never more.

10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? Nope

11)Was your account involved in gold selling? Yes

      12)EU or US realm? US

13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid, battlechest gamecards, all 85.

I'm not going to lie, this has seriously hurt me and I might have to reconsider a lot of things. But some interesting things to note, I have 6 remaining accounts on EU servers running off a different PC that were for now, untouched. Also I have one remaining account on US servers that was untouched and I think thats because at the time of the ban the account had run out of game time.

Finally they were all banned for selling gold so dont go blaming rndbuddy :) Not going to bother appealing because my chances are slim to none and I dont want the extra heat.

      /cry

At least give the appeal a shot. Lots of perm bans > 72 hours after the first correspondence.

It's most likely an automated ban for mining/herbalism. I had a lot of these "Exploiting the Economy" bans for using GB2.

      ***Notice of Account Closure***

      Account Name: WOW1

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behaviour is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Impact of Buying Gold - Shop - World of Warcraft

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment: Blizzard Legal Documentation. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.
