      Fixed: Honorbuddy Won't Completely Start

      When I try to start Honorbuddy this is what I get:
      Blank.jpg

      I've already tried:
      - Clean install of Honorbuddy
      - Buddy Dependency Installer
      - Removed/Re-installed .NET 4.5.2
      - Re-installed C++ Redistributables

      Startup Log:

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      I just wanted to followup with a fix action for this problem... I was too determined not to re-install windows so I found a solution.

      Checked the following registry entry:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FipsAlgorithmPolicy\

      Changed Enabled='0'

      Honorbuddy and Razer Synapse started working immediately after making the change.
