I cannot access the store because I don't have access to the email that is on my account (it's not the same email as used when purchased, was changed at some point). I submitted a ticket to support last week but haven't heard anything further. Is there any sort of a live help?
Hi, Ltzgizz, The Support staff do not have access to the tools required to straighten out "key" or "Auth Portal email" issues. You will need to contact the 'front office' (mailto:support@thebuddyforum), and arrange to sort the issue with them. The 'front office' staff can take up to 48 hours to respond, and they don't work the weekends. cheers, chinajade
