      any antivirus enabled?

      Yes and no antivirus. Also adobe air causes the bot to crash as well no clue why but had to uninstall it.

      Are you running the game in windowed mode? Try running it in full screen mode or setting the resolution of windowed mode to the smallest setting and not re-sizing the window.

      did both and still crashing

      Is there going to be a fix to these crash problems soon? I haven't been able to use the bot reliably for the last 3 days.

      I did a clean install of both Hearthbuddy and Hearthstone. I used the buddy wizard after uninstalling .net framework 4.5.1 and c++ 2010 & 2012 and also ran windows update after restarting my pc and still get this hearthstone screen. Closed Oops! Playful sprites have disrupted Hearthstone as it was linking up to Battle.net service. Please wait a few minutes for them to disperse and try re-launching the game. Hearthbuddy displays this message

      That error on hearthbuddy means that hearthstone has gone to one of it's disconnect screens. So that problem is caused by hearthstone itself not the bot.

      If multiple people are having this issue and the only helpful response i got was to try to resize the window from fullscreen which I changed to 1600x900 which worked before and it did nothing then my guess is hb needs an update of some sort. 2 fresh installs on both HB and Hearthstone itself would mean that hb has compatibility issues with hearthstone whether or not it is on their side or not hb isn't working. I can play the game fine myself but hearthstone always goes to a error screen when i run hb and it is trying to find a player. Something is clearly not adding up.

      Do you have a full log with that second error I could see? The first logs you posted had a different error.

      I'm going to have to leave this to one of the developers, it looks like the game is kicking you off when you start the bot. I haven't seen that happen before so I think it might be something specific to your system but I'm not sure exactly what it could be. Sorry I couldn't be of more help...
