Honorbuddy dosent work

Hi got everthing done as was in setup guide , 2 times i reinstalled netframe and visual c+.
I use vin vista sp 2 .
after i start HB i got popped up empty window without any options .Looks like some problem with missing GreyMagic.dll'
Can somone help me. im stuck second day with this problem
