hy i have download honorbuddy 3 times today but at launch application hb don't run. i have extract the file in my c:/ but don't run microsot net frameworck it's updae my sistem is windows 8 sorry for my english ty for reponse
remove: - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard from here run it as administrator. after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart

ok now i'm very angry.. i have download a new version of hb,and i have delete and reinstalling the last version. after i have delete and reistalling net framework and microsoft visual cc. after i open my folder and run honorbuddy with administrator but nothing happens!!!!!!the applications run but nothing happens please help me i have not log then do not ask !!!!!! ty
Hi, Lelena, Honorbuddy will run just fine, if it is installed correctly. First, lets open up Task Manager, and make certain there are no 'zombie' Honorbuddys in the background. Use Task Manager to kill them if so. Second, please carefully follow these instructions for doing a "clean install": Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy Third, please Run this tool as Windoze Administrator to make certain you have all the dependencies installed: Buddy Dependency Installer And lastly, run Windoze Update several times to make certain everything is up-to-date. Keep updating, until there are no more updates offered. We are most interested in the .NET upgrades. If you are not off-and-away, please attach the log file from the "clean install". cheers, chinajade

Look for: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1 - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable and Uninstall them if they are installed. Restart your PC. install this Installation Errors? Try BuddyDependency wizard and this Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center run both as administrator. after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ Then do one last restart.

dear admin in my folder i have not log file to attacch !!!!!! !!!!! when i go advanced and click to manage attachments ,my folder is empty and my logs don't exist in the hb folder !!!!!when i find the logs !!!!??????
