Hey guys. I just came up with 4 accounts since i sold some RaF rewards. I stopped botting a year ago and i'd like to start again.

Heres what i have right now:

      • 3 fresh accounts - each one with a Battlechest License and 3 months of gametime
      • 1 new account - also with Battlchest License and 2 months of gametime (85 Shaman, 45 Druid)
      • 1 Honorbuddy lifetime license
Since i'm basicly just looking forward to make some gold i'd like to get some suggestions whats the best possible thing to do with this setup. I dont really want to spend money on upgrading my licenses.

      Here are some questions:

      1. Whats the best way to determine the most efficient item on my realm? Any website, addon or should i stick to manually testing?
      2. How "safe" are the free/paid profiles from the Buddy Store? Is it still worth buying/creating custom ones?
      3. What's the best setup to store/sell my farmed goods throughout the accounts at this point in time?

I'd be really grateful if someone could provide me some guidance. Thanks in advance.

      In order:

      1) The most efficient item can be determined in a few ways. Typically you want to dig through a site that has sales data (e.g. WoWuction - WoW Auction House Online Tool). This will show what the estimated demand, price and overall profitability of the items you are trying to sell are.

In my experience it falls into 2 categories:

      i) you either bot gathering professions such as mining/herbalism. This I find gives a lower yet steady supply of gold.

ii) you find a niche item that sells for a lot. Examples of this include rare pets/mounts. These are smaller numbers but higher profits.

      2) The profiles in the buddystore are fine. The issue with the free profiles is that more are likely to be using them and thus the overall profitability of that profile might decline.
The other thing to watch is if multiple people are using that same profile in the same at the same time it will likely draw attention to it either by players or by Blizzard making it more risky for future users.

      3) Typically people use guild banks to shuffle/store the proceeds from botting. This method has proven to be fairly reliable with few people getting bans and even fewer actually having the gold/items taken from the guild bank.

Thanks for the reply, experiencebelow. So it seems that not that much has changed.
What do you think - should i level up a new druid to farm herbs/mine or am i good with the shaman? (since it may draw less attention?)
