Key is gone

Hello Forum
So today I wanted to start botting again after some months, but unfortunately there is no key in BuddyAuth anymore. I bought the lifetime session in May i think and it just disappeared.
Is there a solution to this problem?

are you sure your logging into the correct buddyauth account? it would be the one with the same e-mail you used during checkout.

 

Is it the same as the forum login? because with the same info i can login

 

no. your forum login and your buddyauth login are two completely different things.

 

how on earth can i login then to buddyauth?
so im logged in in buddyauth but it doesnt show me a key lol

Edit: Okay so i made a new account with the email i used to buy the key and now it works
