Help?!

Lifetime Key, Can't retrieve.

Hello, is there any way to find/retrieve your BuddyAuth username?
i bought a lifetime key a few years back, and i fell out of the use of anything related to HB, Now im wondering, How can i retrieve my BuddyAuth username and such if i cant find the transaction ID on paypal or the email with the authentication key to login on the program with?

i used an old email when i paid for honorbuddy, and i have a new email now, which i updated here on the forums, but it seems BuddyAuth is a diff. system, it still has my old email registered on it and resending an activation email doesnt work cuz i don't get any emails from it... Help??

i get this when trying to register on BuddyAuth
"There is already an account registered with this email please choose a different one."

and this when trying to send a activation email
"There is already an account registered with this email please choose a different one."

and yes i wrote it right. several times.

But my link also states that forum support cannot help here. Please follow the link Payment/Key or Buddystore Issues if you have a question about those topics.
Provide the team behind it as much info as you have so that they are able to check that you are a legit customer.
