I was really short, I just said: I don't know what happed my password was changed and some minutes later my account got banned, please help me. And I wrote it in the Supportsection of Account "Hacked" (I don't know what the section is called in english) Update: Got my 72h bann removed by writing an other support ticket with: You don't understand me I didn't do that bla bla bla Reactivated my 3 Account and trying to do a ratation, by only using 2 of 3 account a day, so that not every account is botting everyday!
