I have removed and reinstalled the bot. Also have removed from windows programs, files/folders, and registry then install fresh on different drive and still cannot load from file. Even worse I cannot load from buddystore because I am unable to log on buddystore. My username/password for forums does not work for buddystore log in. Log attached, please help.
as far as the store is concerned. your forum login has NOTHING to do with your buddyauth/buddystore login. if you havent register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail you used during checkout. once you get logged in you should be able to see your keys listed. use the same login to log into the buddystore, then you can add products to be loaded with those keys. as far as loading profiles from files. Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel. Look for: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1 - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable and Uninstall them if they are installed. And install all updates for .net & c++ Then do one last restart.
Oh YES very good. I am finally able to load from file. Also I went back to Buddy Auth Portal page and stopped to look and finally found register hiding in top right. Many thanks for your support.
