Unable to login tonight (Beijing, China)

It kept saying "Logging in ..." for a long time and pop up a hint says "Server Exception".

 

are you sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth website? are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?


if your sure, try flushing your dns

reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

 

I am sure i made no mistake because it suddenly just could not work. I had restarted my computer already, but still got the same problem.

 

I've send SMS to Chinajade and Raphus. Should be fixed soon.

 

It will be slow but it should work now. We are trying to fix the speed problem but next 12 hours will be slow.

 

Able to login but stuck on "Please wait a few seconds while Honorbuddy initializes."

The attachment is the full log. It seems it tried to connect to the buddy store and got no reponse.

Have tried to hang on for more than 10mins, got no more response.

 

100% sure it has nothing to do with the local environment because it just suddenly didn't work when I was in game.

 

How can I run in dx9? I am using the desktop app of Battle.net

 

Thanks for your advice, I am able to login and initiate my hb under dx9 mode.

However, soon then I got a "session is invalid" hint and hb exited

 

It can work now, but it took me more than 10mins to login ...

Great, It would be better if you guys can improve the speed of initializing (checking the buddy store) because It took too long of this procedure.

 

we're doing our best, unfortunately a lot of it is out of our control because of how the internet in china is setup.

 

I strongly recommend you guys setting up some servers in China (provided by cloud service provider, Aliyun for example), or at least some in Hong Kong.

 

Btw, I am also curious about why the login experience became so bad given it was totally acceptable two days ago. Is your server undergoing DDoS or something?
