honorbuddy stops responding after successful login!

as the title explains, i've been having this issue where i cannot start my honorbuddy up fully, it gets to sucessful login, then it freezes and comes up with this error everytime

Edit: it freezes upon "initializing"

can it possibly be because im running in DX11?
