[PAID] [Mage] Portal - An Advanced Honorbuddy Mage Routine [PvE/PvP]

Hey!

Like you mentioned, Millz's profiles and many others have changed recently with the introduction of the BuddyStore. You now have to "claim" a gift code and associate Millz's routine(s) with your BuddyAuth account. If you use a friend's Honorbuddy key, or bought it off of someone you're a bit out of luck unless you have access to the BuddyAuth account or can have the person transfer the key to your own account. I learnt this the hard way myself, but have since then sorted this out. Send me a PM if you need any help on that side.


To claim your key(s):

Step 1: Go to http://www.millz.biz/claim/
Step 2: Select the product you want to redeem a code for (Portal, Demonic, Insanity, BGFarmer)
Step 3: Type in your SVN username and password. Make sure the spelling is 100% correct.
Step 4: Type in the Captcha code displayed and click "Submit", this will take you to another page if your information was correct and display your redeemable Gift Code.
Step 5: Copy the key displayed on that page and click the link under it. This will take you to a "claim" page on the BuddyStore for the chosen Routine/Botbase.
Step 6: Paste the key into the field and click "Claim".

Next time you launch Honorbuddy, the Routine will be directly streamed to your Honorbuddy instance and you can select it among the combat routines like it was physically there. A lot of Honorbuddy resources (Routines and Botbases, as well as other profiles) are migrating more and more towards the BuddyStore, so you can find a lot of stuff directly there (Such as Enyo, now renamed Enyo).

You no longer need to download updates because the hive copy is always up to date.

Portal isn`t running....i have claim and it creates a folder but mage do nothing -. -

 

Is there a way to change how does it combat?
I mean, lost of DPS on casting FLAMESTIRKE(Frost Mage) lol,while there are other dps stuff to do, and buffs before you even hit enemy player and stuff like that...stupid.


What i want to do on player is like, Living Bomb, Pet Freeze, Deep Freeze, icy veins, frost bolt frostfirebolt(if proc of living bomb else frostbolt),Ice Lance... then Frozen Orb. nothing else,etc... no buffs before you start the fight lol, this sould be alrdy ready before

 

Anybody are raiding in arcane with Portal? I like try Arcane but i dont know its the CC arcane is equal to fire quality, because for leveling and first raid in WOD, the best spec are arcane.

 

Learn the routine. All that stuff can be turned off and hot keyed. The damage part of the rotation like frostfire bolt is hard coded and tbh for frostfire bolt proc you want it cast asap only exception being if you are saving it for a few seconds so in that case you should pause the routine and take care of that bit your self. it's a bot not a mind reader

 

Currently fire will be top spec first raid tier in wod with arcane being best when 6.2 arrives next week but it can all change so I would not be worried about that stuff yet.
And yes I use portal to farm SoO hc as arcane and fire, well not fire tbh it's got some big issues atm but millz is fixing them for 6.2

 

I configure the last simulationcraft for WOD Beta, with the ítems first raid and Arcane aré the best spec so far for this i like try a CC for Arcane and like know if this spec for portal is good

 

searching in it, i cant find how to turn of like flame strike,
and why would be frostfire bolt be hardcoded? Frost bolt is better then Frostfire(faster casting time) only use of Frostfire Bolt is the proc from living bomb or those skills that give proc. nothing else

 

No1 simcraft api for mages is not finished yet.
No2 you do not work on it as I asked the ppl who actually do.
No3 Patchwork style sims are not worth a F**K and only mislead people.

 

how do i pause the bot? is there a way to make it so i can hold 1 key to pause it?

 

Its in Bot settings. Not the CR. If tou use tyrael its usually alt-x or something. But check th "Bot settings"

Hmm think IL is in there as a filler spell. Removed in the WoD builds. Not completely following what you mean with Fireball?

You've hit a bug with the name change of Tyrael to Enyo - it didn't detect the afk bot base and blacklisted a unit as evading. Will fix in the WoD builds.

Post a log file please. FFB should never hard cast, and flamestrike can be changed from the settings.

With regards to the fireball being cast I would only use it once during burst at four arcane charges so I can try and proc anything that has not yet.

 

Fireball - Do you mean fireblast? Because FB is in there for cast when moving - not specifically to proc anything.

The patch hits tomorrow. With that, a new talent tree pretty much. What, if you have any idea, should our talents be for PvP and PvE?

 

Pick the talents that are the least broken in the routine

Hopefully it'll all be working fine. The only thing I haven't coded/sorted out yet is the frost nova replacement talent (super nova, blastwave etc). So I'd avoid that one for now. Icy Veins have updated their guides for 6.0.2 - they'll be the best resource for talent builds etc.

 

Exact info on what is going to be working when the HB is running please.

 

I believe everything other than the frost nova replacement talent should work. Alter Time is going manual only until I find some reasons to automate it.

Fully updated the routines (and BGFarmer) now for the new API. Think it's good to go (famous last words).
