Although as a local copy it does compile it fine. I told Raphus about it and he seems to be loaded.
I hope he can get back to me rather soon!

If they really want this buddystore thing to work out they've gotta get the approval process down to a more reasonable timeframe. It's one thing to wait for the developers to create or update their CR for major changes, but its another thing entirely to be stuck for days when the CR is working, but can't be used just because the approval process got screwed up somehow.

Why don't you send SVN to all those who bought the routine from you? Isn't that possible? Seems like Tunha is doing that way I just go to his website to download the routine. If you can come up with something like this for Customers who already bought your product, would be a great idea if possible.

yea well i dont think he will consider this seing that because tuanha is doing this his cr gets plastered all over the internet and people use it without paying him.

 

There are plenty of things you can do. It is just easier to cop out and say people are ignoring you. Compile errors don't happen for no reason. If it compiles on your system but not on theirs, there is most likely a dependency mismatch. I strongly suggest to set up a VM with a fresh and pristine build environment. Copy the same deliverables you provide to Bossland to that VM while making sure it is placed in a different directory than on your system and try to compile. Chances are, you will run into the very same compile issue.

I never had the pleasure to use any of his routines, because they were all abandoned when I started botting. Quite frankly a lot of people voiced their concerns because of that when he posted Necrophilia. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and bought it from the store. But so far it is disappointing to say the least. During MoP his routine was useless because it was optimized for WoD and now that the pre-patch has hit you can't use it because he can't manage to provide a release that compiles.

 

At this point we will make a complaint to the buddystore and we will do a refund!
and opens a complaint on paypal!
But I look because I trust!

After reviewing the author's track record with abandoned releases I'm a bit concerned now that I'm outside of the refund period. I hope he and the Buddy team can work something out to get this profile moving or I wasted all that money.

I'm normally patient but it's clear Weisch has given up trying to get it approved based on his previous statement, unless there's something I misconstrued. They won't approve it because it won't compile, and he's saying it does compile so he's not doing anything additional. Seems like an impasse to me.

 

Actually I fail to see the part where he states he has "given up"... I actually believe he's just notifying us of the issues he's having at getting this approved and giving reasons for the delay, which is better than not saying anything and leaving us in the dark, because...guess what? if he said nothing people would still say he has "given up".
Unforeseen events happen during business, communicating to your customers what is happening is actually a sign that shows he cares.

 

I have not given up. I'll push updates today. It just won't have that fancy UI.
Raphus said that he will investigate this but no ETA on that end.

ok it seems there is a new update 1.0.1.23 but after i select nothing happens like i didnt select any cr anyone else the same problem?

 

Buddy store shows 1.0.1.24, but 1.0.1.23 is streaming into HB. And so far this .23 does not seem to do anything, so I'm assuming store just isn't streaming the update yet.

 

Do you happen to be able to upload a log file?
It works fine on my end.
