hello, I want a profile made for isle of giants and I want it to go in this circle to skin all the mobs I kill. the pace is very fast. this is a image of what I want. Something very simple no vendoring, no mailing, JUST SKIN in that circle. Thanks guys, but I got one working but you see the yellow and red dots on the image? it doesn't work in that area. so make it 100% afkable please <3
If you want someone to fix your profile, maybe you should post the actual profile so people can see what's going on with it.
Sorry here, it doesn't work right anyways. have to baby sit it at the red dot and yellow dot PROFILE DELETED
Using the dev tool go to the areas you want to avoid and create a "Blackspot", then those areas will be avoid when it is moving from Hotspot to Hotspot. Should look something like this... Code: <Blackspots> <Blackspot X="309.3152" Y="1042.925" Z="135.0692" Radius="1.5" /> <Blackspot X="-303.7581" Y="1471.608" Z="240.2865" Radius="0.263785" /> <Blackspot X="-304.7476" Y="1471.965" Z="238.9116" Radius="3.737642" /> <Blackspot X="-299.3476" Y="1487.246" Z="231.4566" Radius="6.684346" / <Blackspot X="195.5582" Y="701.2839" Z="149.4373" Radius="15.11507" /> </Blackspots>
yes I know. but the yellow dot it turns around instead of going all the way though. and for the blackspot is it like drawing a lane? just like hotspots do but avoids it? my start point is #1 in the image
If you turn your Hotspot to a Blackspot yes it will, what I would do is create a few small Blackspots in that area that i want to avoid not the whole area, and place my Hotspots where I want it to go... think of like a car going around warning cones...
Can you manually move your toon through the yellow area without jumping? If so the path you take is what your Hotspots should be, i.e. if you get to the yellow spot and turn right, go a 10 yards then turn left go 15 yards. At each turn you would make a Hotspot. Unless there is a mesh issue and HB does not see a clear path. To check this make a profile with 2 Hotspots, one on either side of the yellow dot. Turn on your bot and see if it try's to go the long way around. If it goes the long way around then HB does not see a clear path, asks the devs to look at the mesh. Then you would need to edit your profile to loop back or take a different path.
okay i'll try that. the way I got around it is by what you said taking the long way (made hotspots to do it) and it'll go to the other side but turns around and run though the middle (short way) so idk whats going on. i'll try that
Code: <HBProfile> <AvoidMobs> <Mob Name="Zandalai Dinomancer" Entry="69925" /> </AvoidMobs> <GrindArea> <Blackspots> </Blackspots> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="5831.044" Y="796.8514" Z="12.53217" /> <Hotspot X="5835.381" Y="776.9463" Z="19.84482" /> <Hotspot X="5847.143" Y="759.6218" Z="18.3343" /> <Hotspot X="5862.734" Y="759.903" Z="17.57347" /> <Hotspot X="5881.076" Y="757.3795" Z="18.99421" /> <Hotspot X="5896.53" Y="741.7187" Z="24.7988" /> <Hotspot X="5910.19" Y="728.4592" Z="25.97961" /> </Hotspots> </GrindArea> </HBProfile> closest I can get. check it out
From what i can tell that Yellow spot is where all the Dinomancers are...you have the bot avoiding them, so it turns around and goes they other way...
I'm pretty sure these are mesh issues. I stumbled across this thread while creating a profile myself, no matter what, Honorbuddy refuses to run through that camp. Reported the mesh issue to staff
