He has a point. May aswell keep the bot down till after cata and the offsets are sorted for the cata release.

Because it still might get pushed back again. They may aswell just give it to profile creators so then can make there profiles so everything is up and running in time for cata (Not long but im sure it could be done)

 

He said 3 weeks, the big fix is already done at most after cata releases it will take 4 days.

 

He had a point about not much point releasing it with such a tiny amount of time before cata

It wasn't a piss taking comment. I just think that would be the right thing to do. We waiting this long, whats a couple more days?

 

Where is the DEV build? Or was it only released privately to selected devs?

 

Its for DEVs and not for public - once we agree that all the bugs we have found are fixed, there will be a release.

does this mean the autoequip will now work ? Ie use correct weighttables as per the new patch?

It will be either tonight or tomorrow sometime, as stated by Bossland. They're still putting it through testing with the plugins and whatnot. Famous words of Bossland, paraphrased of course, "It'll be out when it's out."

 

Yea take a chill pill, they said Wednesday, then Thursday, so what if it is another 5 days... Cata will be here and it will be down for another week anyways

 

Love how everyone is expecting a massive patch with cata.... what do you think the last few patches where for ? Cata is now a case of flicking a few switches so to speak. All the framework is done, at most there'll be new offsets. assuming the server even goes down. But if you've pre-ordered via digital download, you'll notice there allowing people to play 1min passed release date. Am personally really not expecting anything more than a few offset changes at the most.

I got my digital download as soon as it went up to do. I don't like dealing with crowds and stores, which is why I missed out on Wrath's release and had to wait a while before I got it until the crowds calmed down. I'm not an avid pet collector, nor do I collect mounts, so missing out on a music CD, a pet, and whatever else comes in the collector's edition is ok by me. I just want the game. So, I'll be playing my worglock while everyone else is standing in line to pick up their game. (Well, I'll be playing along with the others who got their digital copies like I did that is.)

 

agreed with your comment i have personally heard from good sources that the major stuff is through and that pretty much the game is playable the morning of release if you do the digital download which is cheaper by the way

It's not a 'dev' release, otherwise I'd have a copy. It's a 'dev they're friends with' release. I guess that's what I get for complaining about bugs too much.

 

... is there ever going to be an official release and not a test release? this is seriously getting annoying. All other bots i have seen out there that worked before are now updated to work completely with the new WoW and this one is lagging behind with the crappy bots that don't work. At least give us some feedback on the main page? Your going to start losing customers if you don't giving us some more information.
