Bought a key, can't wait to start.

I bought a key roughly 30 minutes ago and I have yet to receive it, I have used buddyauth with the same email and nothing... I also emailed the support but yet it stinks because I want to test it out now! How long can I expect it to take for the support ticket to be resolved?
