Hi, Bartledoo11, Absolutely. But your Buddy Store account must be created using the same email address that you used to purchase the Trial Honorbuddy. I.e., you can't just register with the Auth server with a random email address and have it work. Okay, well my email is the same as my buddyauth, I was having an issue not receiving my key and I finally was emailed one but yet it was not attatched to my buddyauth... WHY?? So now I will probably have to wait ANOTHER day after opening another support ticket.. right?
register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail address you used during checkout. once you get in you should be able to view your keys. if your key is not listed then its not the same e-mail address you use during checkout. if you have your key and a buddyauth account then e-mail support support@thebuddyforum.com and include your key and request it be added to whatever buddyauth account you are using.
Yeah I did that, however, I bought a 3 day subscription and I wanted to be able to really test out the bot before upgrading to a subscription, I do not understand why it wasn't added to my buddyauth in the first place.
you know you can buy more then one trial, they are just 3 day keys. if you haven't logged in with the key at all, then it hasn't started counting down.
I really just want to test out the questing script, but yet I can't because of this technical error of my key not being added to my account.
well its not like i can magically add it to your account you need to e-mail support and wait for a response, theres nothing i can do.
Yes I understand, it just seems as if tickets are only responded to for a few hours out of the day. I hope some day in the future, as the community continues to grow that the support team grows with it.
it can take up to 72 hours for a e-mail response. there are tons of other people who also need support. its not like they sit around and only respond to 3 a day and call it done.
Look, I am not trying to cause an argument so please refrain from treating me like an idiot. Yes, I know that I am not the only person who needs support and I also understand that they put time into support, I am just stating that it is not as good as it could be.
