      I keep getting amazed by the share lack of patience and how rude some people behave each and every time Blizzard pushes updates, what do you guys expect? There is no way for the Honorbuddy developers to be prepared for these patches, it's not like they've got a mole inside Blizzards headquarters giving them access to patches before they are released. The developers need to investigate, calculate, fix, update and re-program Honorbuddy each and every time a patch is being push no matter its size.

      Even during the crazy patching times we are facing with Warlords of Draenor pre-patching, the upcoming release of the actual expansion and what not people keep complaining in the forums? If you bought a 1-month subscription in the middle of pre-expansion patching and expansion mayhem and expected to have a fully working Honorbuddy 100% of the time you are being plain stupid. It's not like the developer have every promised you 100% uptime, it's not like they don't specifically mentions this on their forums, their support sites and keep telling people how the world actually works each and every time we have a god damn patch?


      How about you all show some gratitude towards the developers? They keep updating, maintaining and improving the very best botbase there is of World of Warcraft. They make sure we are about 99% safe from WARDEN, they provide us with fast and efficient updates for every god damn patch and they had minimal downtime when the ridiculously huge 6.0.2 patch was released. Still people keep on whining in the forums even when a NINJApatch is released in the middle of the god damn night when most of Honorbuddy developers are fast a sleep.

      What kind of world are we living in these days? Go buy a chill-pill, sit back and relax. Take some time off your computers for once, let your accounts rest for a while or at least try to play by hand for a change and you will have a fully working Honorbuddy in a matter of hours / days. It's not the end of the world, and it's not like its not to be expected.

      We pay for the product, thats our gratitude. We pay for them to maintain/update this product. Same as for every other fucking product/service you buy on this planet, without telling any developer how "grateful" you are. Thats business, welcome. Jesus, you white knights are worse than people just being honest about not being happy when the bot is down, and obviously no one from the stuff is around or cares at the moment.

      LOL, I wonder if when the cable goes out and there is no T.V. if they sit there going "well the cable company does such a wonderful job" be honest after 10 minutes of no cable tv or internet your on the phone screaming at tech support. we want one thing ... what we paid for.. or at least an official post or update.

      Kinda have to agree here. The lack of any updates from the devs is what is causing alot of the frustration.

      Eh your the reason torque reform wont work.... people always sayin I paid 1$ for my mcdouble it shoulda filled me up I expect mcdonalds to fill me up. Then lawsuit comes. What your doing is paying for a software that violates an agreement you made with the game developers. They promise minimum banning for violating the agreement yet you think thats something they can do in an instant. To have a quality product you must put time into it. Quality/quantity thats business my friend besides we all know your just fappin it.

      HB staff is always great on getting it back up after a patch pretty quick. I don't mind waiting for such a great program. Get to see how well I can dps manually on mythic Garrosh tonight lol

      and you sound like the person that has his power go out in his house and calls the electric company every 10 minutes expecting them to turn it on immediately when a transformer blows. Beating a dead horse solves nothing. Ask anyone in the technology industry. The people who complain about something that is readily apparent are usually looked upon with scorn.

      and what happens when your cable goes out at 3am? You call tech support and get a message stating that they are closed and to call back later.

      yes, you want what you paid for, but that is no excuse to be rude.

      that sounds like a very unprofessional, immature company.

      if our customers expect our product to work, we see it as their right to expect it. they pay for our product, and it is our job to make sure it's updated, running, and working properly. never have i experienced ONE single customer that tells us "i'm so grateful for your work, it's the right time to tell you that now that the product doesn't work." technology industry, indeed. but we are grown up and take our job and - first and foremost - our customers serious. you have no idea about the business world, obviously. if you want to be "white-knighting", then do it smart and somewhat intelligent at least.

      People usually get frustrated when they have spent money on something and it doesn't work, I'm the same and I am sure you have all experienced it.

      and what exactly is rude about his posting? seriously, this blind defending of anything, without even thinking is worse than talking to a 5 year old who just defends whatever he likes at the moment, without reason, without being at least a littlebit impartial.. wow.
