Hello I am trying to lvl up a mistweaver monk but he just won't heal anyone for jack shit. It will throw up a refreshing mists at about 50% and thats it. I have tried adjusting the group healing settings but all the spell percentages seem to be in order. I've also noticed it to a lesser degree among other healers.
