      I've tried mailing Support@thebuddyforums.com and the 'contact us' form on www.thebuddyforums.com

      This has been an on going issue for almost 2 years and I've yet to receive a response. I have never really cared until I returned for WoD and saw that the majority or profiles HAVE to come from the buddystore. I cannot download from the store because I cannot register on buddyauth.com with the email I purchased my keys with. This is a huge inconvenience now that everything is on the store.buddyauth.com and rather lame that even after 2 recent attempts to get this resolved, I still hear nothing.

      When I attempt to Register, BuddyAuth.com says:
      "There is already an account registered with this email please choose a different one.

      When I attempt to Reset Password, BuddyAuth.com says:
      "Please correct the errors and try again.
      No user exists with the specified email address."

      As I said in the post, I've done that, multiple times.

      you need to e-mail support because no one on the forums has access to see whats going on. keep in mind it can take up to 72 hours for a reply.

      I've sent more emails and still not a single reply.

      Kinda sucks this is the support that comes with this bot...

      I went to your links CodeG and they were very helpful, because I found https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/

      The bad part? I cannot submit a issue/ticket/email/helpfile, because my email is suspended o_O Cant register, Cant reset passwords, cant even submit an issue to the zendesk.

      This is mystifying...

      Might as well lock up this thread, because no help is coming.

      despite my typo on the forums, I am sending it to the correct email address.

      I just checked and readied myself for supreme embarrassment lol, but it is being sent to 'support@thebuddyforum.com'

      How nice it would have been, if it was only that 's' as a typo :-/

      like i said no one here has access to fix this for you, you need to wait for an e-mail response back, make sure to check your spam folder.
