I see you are all saying you let the bot run for 30 wins every day, but I feel that an important question is also how many losses you got, because let's be honest if you got 30 wins and 20 losses, nobody plays 50 games without a break, even if it's just for a minute or two. I usually let the bot run for like an hour or so, shut it down, do something else and then later do some more..no ban thus far. I'm just curious about what could make Blizzard think you are doing something suspicious.
There has to be a pattern otherwise even the pro's who play all the time would get a suspension or a ban, I suppose. Because I don't really know how Blizzard would be able to make the difference between you clicking the buttons and dragging the cards or the bot, unless they got some sort of detection, that goes through your running processes, which I doubt, so, there has to be something.
I still dont believe BLZ detects the memory injection, otherwise thousands of accounts will be banned instantly. it's more like the victims have been reported by other players.
But how would that work then, because there probably are tons of sore losers who report the people they lose to all the time.. Blizzard can't be checking all that?
There is so many people streaming, recording their gameplay nowadays. If you bot 50 plays a day, there is a high possibility, that at some point you will meet someone who's recording.
No targeting. Bot is not using the red line to target minions/hero. It's the easiest way to spot a bot and 100% evidence of someone botting, because only the bot is able to do it.
Well, it would be nice if they could do that then or tell us how to edit it ourselves if possible. I guess it's just a tiny effort to reduce the chance of getting banned.
there's no report button in the game now so only a few people will go to blz offical forum and post a report. and muche less reports have evidence(like a video) within. so I think blz will manual check the reported accounts, recent action of the 9/9 golden or 7/24 online accounts will be focus, and the rest accounts should be randomly checked
I think it's more with streamers making VODs playing against people. Kripp has been making videos of playing people in arena and reporting the bots. Notice from the blue post: "If you believe that you’ve encountered a possible bot or other form of exploitation, please let us know by emailing our hacks team at hacks@blizzard.com."
True. The 9/9 golden hero might be a target cause let's be honest Hearthstone has been released this year March (don't know exact date) but lets assume it out for around 250 days. 9/9 golden hero requires 4500 plain wins which makes 18 wins a day with 100% win ratio. So, we probably looking at average of 25 wins a day which is still significant for on a daily basis. Also, I did some research and it says: "As of September 2014, there are more than 20 million registered Hearthstone accounts" which is kinda good news. As for now myself at nearly 6/9 golden heroes I will give it a short break before HBuddy gets some new stuff and more time pass.
Havent botted for 2 weeks and got a ban. Eh.. w/e I will mis ragnaros the most but there is nothing stopping me from making another account.
