honorbuddy blank log screen!? help please

Hi guys,

Sorry to be a pain in the ass u may have already had or know how 2 fix this issue but i could not find it anywhere. My display once i load HB up use to give me information on what was being loaded, profile, told me what race class and spec i was etc on my "info" display screen. now my "info" page is just compleatly blank. I have Uploaded a photo to try 2 show you the issue, could u guys please help me!?

try to delete your settings folder, in the honorbuddy folder. If this doesn't work, download a new HB and start over.

 

deleted settings folder, all fixed thank you very much! much appreshiated buds

Have the same problem, tried deleting settings folder & fresh dl, nothing worked.

reinstall vcredist x 86...worked for me

Same no fix for me either.

 

Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Official Microsoft Download Center try to download that ... x86 not 64

 

Have tried that thanks Bayram. I have been looking through threads on the support forum to no avail, it appears this problem is rather widespread. The only solution that is given is a link from Tony with instructions on how to post a log. Is this guy for real?

okay after downloading the visuall C then reinstalling the new HB and deleting the settings folder I now have a working HB

 

Tried downloading C++ and deleted the HB settings and presto! I'm one happy camper. Ive attached the log I was getting just for reference the problem.
