Bought Honorbuddy and Demonic Premium - but the profile does not load

Hi,

i bough both things, but if i logging in my HB, only Singular is Loaded.
"load from Buddy Store" does not help because there are nothing to select.. it is empty.

I reinstall HB several times in different Locations but nothing work.
Even reinstall http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/E/6/2E61CFA4-993B-4DD4-91DA-3737CD5CD6E3/vcredist_x86.exe
does not help..

It is possible that 2 different email adresses are interrupt ?
I bought the HB key with a diffenrent Email than Demonic Premium.
But under my Account View Buddy Store is Demonic Premium Activated.
