Honorbuddy giving errors again

I did a fresh install still get this, and if you start it 3 times it goes but skips a lot of the objectives and sits and the quest giver till it stops? anyone have a perma fix for this??

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
