I have been trying to get [A - Quest] 96-98 Arak [Kick] to work. Did a fresh HB install, but I can not get it go.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

yea its fresh, but its old. if it was bread it would be moldy. not day old.
