      It has been 6-8 months of inactivity. I have done the updates and been able to log in with my keys but I cannot update any of the plugins or profiles.

      Still waiting on my account information to be verified. This Key was purchased a long time ago. I had a similar problem about a year ago and the issue was revolved, but since the forum and system was updated my old posts cannot be accessed. I have archived versions of HB saved from 2012 and 2013 that show my key when the program is started. Please continue to research this so I can get running again.

      it can take up to 72 hours, and you will only receive a response via e-mail. not this thread.
      no one on the forums as access to check this for you, thats why you had to e-mail support.

      Now I am getting upset. Because whoever is in control of the accounting cannot verify that a key created and assigned by whoever assigned it to me, I am shit out of luck? If I throw away the bill of sale on my car is the warranty voided? NO If I lose the receipt for pretty much anything is the warranty voided NO!!! These things all have a serial number that can be tracked my the manufacturer. I paid for a product with a lifetime service. I have a private key that was assigned to me. This key still works just fine, but because of some software glitch I am going to be forced to pay for everything again? I don't think so!!

      This is what was sent to me:
      Unfortunately without the payment information sent by us and without access to the registered email address we're unable to proceed with additional help, sorry.

      I have access to all emails, accounts and passwords. I have a private key that the system can verify as valid and accepts. I still even have the credit card numbers used for payment. How is this my problem?

      Where are all my forum posts of when I had this problem before?

      Just a note for anyone that has key problems and deleted their payment confirmation e-mail. I would advise that you call your bank and have them search your transaction records. Support cannot help you if you have an early purchase and do not still have this information. I had my bank do a search for the following keywords *bossland* *honor* *gmbh* *g2s* My bank was able to locate the transaction and hopefully support can finally now fix my key problem. I hope this will save some frustration for anyone that may ever come across this issue. It has been a royal pain in my ass.

      I am not sure of the transition date but the older transactions will look like the following:
      12/05/2011 $33.69 #### Check Card Purchase G2S-Honorbuddy&Ryftoma

      Hope this information can be useful to someone.
