Hey Everyone, For weeks since I got back to the game this crash has been happening at random. Its always happens within 1-2 games or dungeons. Wow just crashes with an error message saying it has stopped working. It has even crashed before in-game while I hearth. Anything that seems to load at random will crash. I have read over the forums for weeks also looking for a solution and its all the same, with no fix. I am wondering if someone can help me out. I have done the following for weeks; *Installed new versions, and tried previous versions of honorbuddy *Its run in directx9 all the time. Honorbuddy will auto close when used in directx11. *I have deleted whats in the cache folder constantly *I have made sure no programs are running. I also made WoW highest priority. Can I get a solution please. Thank You Log is attached: View attachment 1612 2014-12-03 15.58.txt
I did that 2-3 times already. Complete clean installations, with singular. This issue has been happening since version 752 when I came back to the game, and its 759 now. It is anything related to loading. When I hearth it will crash, when I get into BGs it will crash, when I get into dungeons with honorbuddy on it will crash.
Here is another one. It has happened 6 times in the past 30 minutes. I don't know whats going on. This is the log of the last crash, all I did was set it up to que go in to que a BG, and crash. View attachment 3252 2014-12-04 21.59.txt
Here is what I have done almost everyday for the past few weeks. *Downloaded and updated all versions of honorbuddy. Clean installs each time. *Delete honorbuddy cache daily *Delete WTF and cache folder from world of wacraft file area *Set honorbuddy to singular *No addons are ever on. I make sure they are always disabled *Set wow to highest priority *Updated video card, and rerolled back to old version and still does it *Framework enabled or disabled and it still does it *Msconfig shut down any firewall etc.. processes that could interfer with it. *Tried Directx9, and Dirextx11 *It is set to 32bit What else can we do about it? I have read the forums for weeks and tried everything I have read about. I know I am not the only one with this crash issue when loading. I took a break from the game for 5 months and came back a month ago and before those 5 months I never seen this issue. Since I came back a month ago I have seen this issue and it doesnt matter what version it is, it is happening at random. I can't even do a single BG without it crashing, even hearthing somewhere it will crash at random (it crashes wow saying wow has stopped working).
I looked at my eventviewer and every crash today (more than 8) have said this; Faulting application name: Wow.exe, version: 6.0.3.19243, time stamp: 0x54764113 Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7601.18409, time stamp: 0x53159a86 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0003704c Faulting process id: 0xaa0 Faulting application start time: 0x01d010bf58991480 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\syswow64\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: 8ed6d70a-7cb6-11e4-ba8e-0025648c8e69
I have gone through that forum also, and I don't use any of those programs. I look through task manager and see the processes, and msconfig. There is nothing of the sort running in the background. There is only two things running wow and honorbuddy. I have run a dns flush, and also a wow repair today. Its giving me the same thing. I am going to need another solution because I have tried everything I have read on these forums from people who had similar problems.
View attachment 4796 2014-12-05 17.19.txt Just downloaded the new version, and the same thing. Everything your telling me I have done, this is going to need more support than basic solutions I have done a dozen times over and over. We need something new. Here is the log from the recent crash 2 minutes ago.
Is there a chance you can take a look at it? Besides the programs you have shown on that post what other programs have been known to conflict? A list below is what is sometimes running in the background on my computer. Malwarebytes Skype Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter Wireless Network Tray Applet (Process) Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter Wireless Network Controller (Process) Firefox Antimalware Service Executable (process)
