HI, I have 3 session key and normally use 1 of them. Today, HB stopped and shutdown, i tried to login and it said max session keys, retry in 30 seconds. I waited and tried, i then could log in and it happened again in 1 min. I login Buddy Auth Portal and saw that i have 3 sessions using, so i try to kill them all and as long as i refesh the page, i see 3 new session keys are used again. Is there anyway someone steals my keys? If that the case, can i have new key and disable that key? Please advice.
yeah thats one of posibilities... You can change your password with on-screen keyboard and try again to see how it goes
Thanks for your response. Yes i can definitely change the password for my buddy auth, but i still have same key. Is there anyway that i can reset/request a new key for my 3 sessions and disable current key? Please advice!
you would need to e-mail your key to support. support@thebuddyforum.com and ask them if they can generate a new one for you.
