Does anyone know if there's a reliable LFR bot available anywhere? Preferrably something that I can just tick what ones I want to do then leave it for a few hours and come back to.

Nothing like that, to my knowledge, exists. It's due to raid mechanics, movement phases, etc. If it's possible to make something that runs raids for you, I've never seen or heard of it.

LazyRaider or Tyrael are the best choices for raids, but the OP wanted to basically "set it and forget it". They want to AFK-raid for a few hours, which I don't think is possible.
