The scripts use checkpoints including your character level to determine which zone you should be questing in. When the scripts were downloadable you could edit these checkpoints to your personal preference, now that they are hosted through the buddy store I am not sure how to fix that issue.
There are some profiles floating around for each zone but they are Horde. I use them quite regularly and they work very well.

Open notepad++.. scroll down to your desired area you are intending to farm and edit the level checkpoints
