I go to: Load Profile > From File, then it just says Loading Profile... No window pops up allowing me to search my PC and find a profile, nothing happens at all. I'v tried installing it fresh and restarted it many times. Also if I try load profile from Web: There was an error requesting the profile resource at "insert address here" Please help. I just purchased a 3 day trial and my time is being wasted. Thank you.
