Today I ran HB on my main account which is usually not a good idea due to risk. But in this case I was trying out a new plugin and some stuff that should not throw up too many flags. Started it and went to make some lunch, came back and everything looked fine. After a while I stopped HB and took manual control. At this point I opened my character sheet and bags and found that the script had sold all my gear including all my raid gear while I was in the kitchen earlier. All my equipment sets were red from all the gear missing. Today I messed up.
Put in a ticket and tell them your brother deleted all your gear. They WILL replace it! Be specific on which pieces so they know your not lying. Good luck!
You also have the restore function on battle.net / support section where u can restore items, only works once a month so unless you havent used it since then u can pick whatever items you've sold and restore
